Anyone at amigakit alive?

Hi Amigakit,
        I was just wondering if anyone is alive there. I submitted a trouble ticket about my broken x-surf on the 7th of this month and have heard nothing back(support ticket #8767. I don't mean to be impatient. Are you guys just overloaded or ??
Hopefully someone will see this and look into it.
