Look good what type of sound card can i install on this port ??
And i be able to install a very good sound card with better performance that the normal

You can use Prelude version designed for clockport I have one and it's pretty good. It has better sound than internal  sound chip (Paula). It  has passthrough for amiga audio, cdrom and additonal one can be used for recording.
To play mp3 you'll need accelerator.

See more at the manufacturer's site:
ACT Prelude homepage

OK but is that possible to buy the prelude card ??

Oook, that's a tough one, it used to be availble from main
Amiga-oriented distributors - that's how I got it, but quick
search didn't find any now. May be you should try to
contact the manufacturer.
