That is a very clean, nice looking system but holy cow! thats a lot

I can KIND OF understand a brand spanking new Quickpack built A4000T for this price.... actually wait up a sec... no I can't... WTF?

I can hear the logic of the seller before posting this...
"Well If the new X1000 is going to cost $1000 or more then my new condition A4000 is definatley worth $1300..."

I can also hear a hypothetical conversation at A-eon company meeting:"

"Hey guys if like new A4000 Desktops are are going for $1300 on ebay we should really charge more for the first new Amiga in years....$2000 is fair considering what Amiga collectors are willing to pay for vintage hardware."

Yep I knew a couple of guys that would do this all the time then go on forums and post excited comments about how they found such great deals on ebay. They were selling toys.

Nishtek are good folks.... But honestly what kind of "Paid work" is anyone doing with the Amiga to justify this cost. There must be like a collection of 500 or so whack jobs that purchase every Amiga on ebay no matter the cost. I've heard stories of folks with liike 10 or 15 Amigas. WTF? I mean I love the thing too but come on!

UAE Emulator is REALLY good... Actually better and faster than an A4000 expanded to the hilt. It defies logic.

I find it hard to believe people have 10 or 15 amiga's.:roflmao:  As for myself, I have only purchased one on ebay.

LOL! Judging by the signature in your message and profile pic you're a memeber of the Whack Job Tribe! I envy you! I sold all but an A1200 and a CD32. At one point I have every model but not all at one time. I'd buy one, sell it, get another, and I used it at work everyday.
