CSPPC on A3000D
CSPPC on A3000D
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: This is how a CSPCC looks on my shiny 3000D.

The 680x0 is 060@50 one, cooled by a thermoregulated fan, and the ppc chip is a 233, cooled by a very same cooler but no thermo regulation at all ( always at full speed, just to be sure )

There is another little +12v fan underneath of back of the diskdrive, insuflating air to the 4 simms in the board, and its thermoregulated by the ambient temp in the case.

BTW very commom config, CSPPC, Picasso4, tocatta, ariadne2, DKB 3128...

Regards

@560SL

No, there arent any special requirements in order to get the csppc running on the 3k. My 3k is SuperBuster rev11, ramsey 4 and dmac 2, so the only problem could come up with DMA zorro boards, but I have none of these.

My 3k just run fine :-D

Beautiful!

Except for the INT2 hack (I presume), do you need any special custom chip rev. for the CSPPC to work in your A3000?

Very nice!  And, not so common (in an A3000 desktop at least).
