I've recently been putting together a C64 system to have something to compare
my C-One
to. So out of pine I spent far too much time building

Very nice. How about some pics and specs of the IIgs?
BTW, why did you swap the 1571 for the 1541s? I did the oposite (1541-II's to 1571's) because they don't need bricks! :-)
