if you've got an opinion or suggestion about the new initiative for nasa to return to the Moon and eventually send humans to Mars.
Then The `President's Commission` will pass them on to the President and NASA...

i don`t know if this is for real....
Perhaps if we suggest that they use Amiga OS5 as the software, or suggest they leave the job to ESA and their Aurora project (the European Programme for the Exploration of the Solar System)
