It lost its Amitek sticker a long time ago (I think I picked it off when I was playing SWOS!)  I've just opened it up to find the drive is indeed a Sony, Model: MPF420-F. It also has a red PCB for the controller, switch and pass through floppy connector. PCB states: Copyright 1993 Amitech, Made in England. I think I got this as a Christmas present in 1993 or 1994 and have used it with my A500 and my A1200. Cheers, Graham C |
