it's possible ive done it you will need a peice of hardware called a Scuzzy card (plug it into your pci slot, connect your amiga drive to it and uae should find it in the hard drive section). you will need a bootable hd though with the amiga os. but afterwords you should be using an authentic amiga running on a x86 pc. what ever UAE runns on the amiga should work. got it to boot of my 40mb maxtor scuzzy with amiga os 3.5. runs well it's about 15 times faster than the real thing. im using an AMD64 sempron.
