WinUAE/AHI low sound volume
« on: September 24, 2003, 05:12:44 PM »
Has anyone experienced low sound volume under WinUAE (latest version) using the AHI drivers?

Any fixes?

Thanks,

I figured it out yesterday.

I had too many voices set for each sound Unit (0-3).

All the sound units were set at 32 voices, and every time you double the no. of voices, you halve the sound volume.

I set each sound channel to only one voice and all is well... 100% sound performance.
