Id say the easiest way to get your ADF games over to you Amiga is by getting yourself a Catweasel Flipper. This is a PCI card that allows you to use an amiga floppy drive on your PC... so then you can unadf them on the PC side directly to an amiga floppy, then you can pop the floppy into your real amiga and off you go... you can get some more info from:

Or, you could get hold of a cheap modem (I use a MagicXpress) and get hold of an Amiga browser such as IBrowse or Voyager and download games files from there. But if you have a lot of ADFs on your PC hard disk then the above solution is applicable. But make sure they're legal! There are still developers making stuff for the Amiga, and not everything is yet classified as "abandonware".

LHA is a form of compression, like ZIP, but mainly used on the Amiga (although some PC programs like UltimateZip can load them).  You can grab LHA from Aminet here as a self extracting archive - once extracted and moved somewhere, you can call it from the CLI (you could also download a GUI seperately)
