For Sale: Bodega Bay System
« on: July 29, 2011, 09:25:06 PM »
I am entertaining offers for my Bodega Bay system for the Amiga 500.  It has 4 Zorro Slots and room for 2 drives.  I am also including a 2088XT Bridgeboard with 5 1/4 drive already installed.  I have the necessary software on a 5 1/4 floppy also included.

I loved the Bodega Bay but I have to make room in my small apt.

PM me with offers.

Thanks,

Miked

I remember seeing this on Amiga magazines, but, BODEGA sounds like "BUDEGA", which in Portuguese is a slang for "something with no value at all".

I used to have one of these on my A500 back in the day. They are actually very nice. Take a look at mine in the A500 Gallery.

Bodega Bay is  a community/harbor bay north of San Francisco/San Jose.
"Bodega" is probably Spanish, maybe a name
Kinda goes along with California Access

I always wanted one of these for my A500, that was until I got my first A3000.

Sah-WEET!  Always wanted one of those setups for my 500.  Then got an A1200 and was a little disappointed something like that didn't appear for it.  'course I was fresh out of Amiga HW by the time PCI boards (the rough equivalent) started appearing.
Back away from the EU-SSR!

According to the photos at the above link, yes, it is 220V compatible and the power output is listed right there on the label of the power supply.

OK, lets nitpick further:
-a small Hispanic shop selling wine and groceries
-a warehouse for the storage of wine.
-public house

Bodega is a spanish word and it has other meaning and very interesting and important because Bodega is the place where are making the wines or selling, currently in Spain the Bodegas are the place where the wines have their making proccess.  But in Portugal you are different the opposite to Spain.
