According to the seller:

"The listing has generated a bit of heat around some forums and due to  the amount of views and the high res photo's, it is chewing up my web  hosting bandwidth (the pics are hosted on my own site external to ebay)"

Maybe its costing too much?  I don't know - doesn't make any sense to me either.  With the money you'd get, should easily pay for any oversight

Hell. The money he would have made would easily cover the few days it was posted! Plus, why go to all the trouble to put all your material out on the lawn, and risk your neck climbing up on your roof in order to photograph it, just to pull out because a lot of people are looking at the pictures! Silly.
