1) The boards do NOT look to be in very good condition. Even prior to the extreme shipping damage the are dirty, missing a lot of chips and obviously have been worked on. No one could possibly mistake these for being in good condition.

2) You did not ship these in a safe manner, electronic boards are very sensitive and must be handled properly. You shipped these so poorly they look as if they have been run over by a car.

3) You are now threatening negative feedback which is a yet another violation of eBay's TOS on top of your gross misrepresentation.

I do not take kindly to threats, I'm afraid you have picked the wrong person to rip off. I have filed a fraud complaint with eBay. You have violated several of eBay's TOS and proven yourself to be a rogue seller. I will wait until I receive eBay's reply to the fraud complaint until I decide whether to take legal action against you or not.

Gotta check that feedback.  This guy has 24 negatives.  Even with the 1000+ positive I'd skip it.  Not worth the trouble.  Also, the fact that he hides his bidders (probably because people try to warn his potential victims) raises a large red flag for me.

BTW, I noticed he sells arcade stuff so I did a Deja search in RGVAM and RGVAC and there are lots of bad stories there also.

Fraud is fraud whether it's $1 or $1,000,000. The cost is certainly not going to hurt me, but it looks like this guy has scammed quite a few people. Most buyers are too scared to say anything and will take the loss. I don't take being scammed very well. BTW with shipping it was over $5 a board. If it would have been shipped properly I wouldn't have been so upset. But when you open the box and pieces just start falling out... :-x

Well, I don't think you should smack the guy around, but I don't think that you got a fair shake for the auction either.

For $20 I think a little more care should have been given in packaging these items.

Reminds me of the Amiga 4000 I bought off Ebay. I figured for the price, I was getting a pretty decent deal. (Somewhere in the $600 range. Included a Cyberstorm PPC card, Cybervision PPC, two 18gig scsi drives, a dat drive, jazz drive.)

Know what the majority item used to pack it in was? Newspaper, which wouldn't have helped much just going across the States, but this was coming from Europe. One of the harddrives was doa, the cybervision had some of the smt resistors knocked off it. (Not to mention not everything got shipped.)

I wound up just not leaving feedback at all. (One party leaves negative feedback and honesty goes out the window on the other side.)
