Phase 5 BPPC 200Mhz 603e/ 25MHz 68040/ 256MB 60ns RAM
« on: June 14, 2005, 05:11:01 PM »
For sale:

Phase 5 Blizzard PPC 603e
200Mhz 603e PPC CPU with heatsink
25MHz 68040 CPU with heatsink and brand new 12v fan
256MB 60ns Fast Page Mode RAM

The card has been cleaned with PCB cleaner, and compressed air.

It works 100% perfectly in both PPC and 68k use.

I will provide a CD with the latest 68k libraries and WarpOS, Warp3D, BPPCFix, PPCLibEMU, and also the original Phase 5 PowerUP CD.

Quick sale needed, please buy this before I have to put it on ebay.  I'd prefer that it was going to a good home.

£350 + postage costs.  Will send to anywhere in the world.

PM me with any questions.

Thanks,
Nik

I should add what Nick left out is that it's a revision 2 BPPC card, so it is also 100% Grex compatible. :-)

Doesn't say if it's full 040 or LC040... still I think it's way too much money... payed 75£ for my BPPC/175(full)040/25 with SCSI.

And somebody thinks my price of 450 EURO for a rev.2 board with 68060, 200 MHz 603e CPU, SCSI controller, 2 x 32 MB ram, cables, manuals, driver disks and CD is to high :-D

You won't get that much for it mdma, I'll bet you it'll make something around the 200EUR mark on EBay.

Does it have scsi BTW?

-edit- it does have 256MB though....

Thats the key selling point.  I could probably get 200Euros just for the RAM on ebay.

Sorry dude, it has to be very special ram then. If I could sell my 4 x 128 MB modules for 400 EURO, then just let me know, I wouldn't mind selling them then :-)

So anyone? I could also sell 1 x 128 MB ram for 100 EURO, tested in a BPPC board :-D

-edit-

Seriously, if you believe your ram is worth that much, I'm afraid that you are in for a big surprise :-(

Euro's are worthless in comparison to Pounds, although not quite as worthless as the US dollar.

€200 = £130.

If I get no offers in the next couple of days, I'll put it on ebay.  I'd rather not though.

Well, I still think that you are into a big surprise if you expect your ram to fetch 200 EURO, or as you have calculated it to be, 130 UKP.

But good luck with your sale, however I think you could just as well get started on that ebay advert...

This card has got some serious history behind it though.
It has survived the "send it to DCE for upgrade to revision 2" process. Upgraded by Thomas Dellert himself. :-)
