Hi all,

By now the only problem of Amiga Inc and Mike battilana is license agreement of hyperion entertainment.

By now hyperion is the proprietary of amigaos and future of amigaos.

Why not create a group to buy property of amigaos and make it opensource?
Hello,
Your opinion is that creating a group to buy AmigaOS assets and make it open source is an interesting idea. However, the implementation of this idea can face some difficulties and challenges. First, the acquisition of AmigaOS assets can require a substantial amount of money, so finding the right financing to make this transaction possible may not be easy. Second, making AmigaOS open source may also require consent from stakeholders, including Amiga Inc and Hyperion. You mentioned that Amiga Inc and Mike Battilana's only issue was the Hyperion entertainment licensing agreement. Therefore, convincing these stakeholders to accept the open source idea may not be easy. Finally, making AmigaOS open source also requires ongoing management, maintenance, and development. This requires a large and passionate community, along with commitment and support from the developers. Establishing and maintaining a large open source community can be challenging.
