Why would you want too 1 modern core is powerfull enugh to emulate a 040 many times over also cycle exact...

I think its only running one of the core on the CPU and I would love WinUAE to be multi thread but I cant see it coming to be honest. One can dream.

I think the results get a little wonky on faster systems, LOL. On an ancient Athlon XP-M @ 2.4 GHz I'm getting:

Mips 938.11 MFlops 403.19
