AmigaSYS news: Make a wallpaper! Where are the Italian users???

I look around for an eager graphician, who would like to make an AmigaSYS wallpaper! Anyone can send (this goes for Rolpho too  ), who has the mood and thinks he can make a wallpaper. One condition: it has to be an Amiga inspired theme... Minimum 1280*960, but 1600*1200 is recommended. PNG (drop me with a mail)!

To the Italian users:
I have to write again, maybe too few people read the news, but you won an opportunity to implement your language into AmigaSYS installers, scripts, system language, etc. Unlike the Poland guys (they sent several dozens mails, thx), from the Italian side, only 1 guy wrote, but he is disappeared too... I would like to ask every Italian user, who can speak English, please drop me a mail, the translation file is only 10Kb. If there won't be a response in the next days, i will offer the opportunity to the 6th place wich is France. Visit the webpage continously for further information.

Amikit? Acquaintance...Not that system what 2 are minute boot? And 8 minute the 3.9 setups?, and and and, etcetc, Was a test somewhere...few months ago?

I would love to make some wallpapers... (My wallpaper came 3rd in the AmiKit competition...) I'll have a go and email you with what I come up with... Btw, Can we use copyrighted images like the Amiga Boingball anymore? or is it too risky with the court case going on? I can just try and make it abstract if not... :-)... Plus it improves my Photoshop skills  :-D

I think boingball wont cause any trouble, that is one of the amiga symbols and a lot of wallpapers already made with it (we have some too). drop me a mail.

I am already working on it since two days without any particular hurry...

I will finish it this evening or at least tomorrow...

It is very easy but there are some minor passages I must check by using real AmigaSys installer with my translation into italian...

Because I need to give two, or three phrases an appropriate tone, and a correct technical italian according to the situation appearing at screen into installation window...

So when I will finish I must send it to AmigaSys developers, receive back a complete installer and then betatesting it...

In the end, if it all it is written without typos or mismatch, I could send him "OK! It is all good. Use it as is!" or I will send again the italian text with rewritten statements.
