Title: Elsa Product support
Post by: shIva on July 03, 2002, 11:31:38 PM
Lancom Systems (http://www.lancom-systems.de/eu/index.html) have taken over the support for Elsa Network Products. Elsa went bankrupt last month.

They support the Lancom Router series, the Aircom series, etc.

Hi
I got several ELSA ISDN and broadband modems with 6 year warranty (expired 2004). Do Lancom support the warranty?
ELSA have great product with excellent Linux drivers, but poor support.
Perhaps ISDN4Linux team will port the driver to Linux PowerPC on Amiga One.

i just read about it (i´ve got a router (dsl), too). they do NOT support the warranty. though they repair elsa products for a fixed price.

let´s hope we don´t need the warranty  :-o
