Anyone know if you can use cd-r's in the Mega/Sega CD?
Yes you can
So even if it could read the disk the picture would be screwed up on my UK Mega CD + Pal TV
Dont forget in those megadrive/mega cd days it was not full of region checking bollox, i had more American and Jap games for my megadrive and mega cd than PAL games and they played fine on a normal tv.
