Wow, good luck! My wife and I would love to be able to downsize enough to do that someday. Seems like the hardest part around my area is just finding somewhere to park one. Stupid Washington DC / Northern Virginia area; restrictions on tiny homes, RV communities, etc., are very tight. All the greedy developers around here want to do is build more >$500k McMansions.
