Chances are that disk only contains a version of the cnet.device off Aminet. Possibly an old version at that.

Good old Doomy... he doesn't have to be a member of AOrg to rattle its cages does he!...?

Spot on, just what I was thinking. He gets the publicity, that, without which, he would not survive as a troll.

@Carls
Long time no see, I thought perhaps you didn't post here anymore...
I like Amigas

The disk is in great shape so I think that it will load just fine

 :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

Riiiight... just by looking at the exterior plastic casing, Doomie can tell there are no bad tracks/sectors on the disk, or that someone hasn`t stored it ontop of a loudspeaker for the last few years.

Is there no end to this mans talents?

Maybe he was just too scared to put this dirty old disk in his "higher quality Amiga" too see if he could copy it without problems.
On schedule, and suing

I have my off periods :-)
Just reassembled a desktop A1200 so I got inspired and started posting here again.

@carlos

Yah it's realy sweet now when it's done... can't belive I got it all done in the last week up to the AmiGBG04 show but I did and I'm happy for it. I've had this craving for modding my A1200 bigtime for quite a while so the itch finaly got scratched (already have a tower conversion so needed something else). :)

Just the other week I fixed a PCMCIA nic to it and have put in an order for a scandoubler and original black CDTV diskdrive for it. Still looking hard for a silver mousepad and a cheap black/silver flatscreen monitor to complete the theme. :)

But the next thing on the list is to try convince my better half that her sofa bed no longer fit the "office" so I can drag in another table and get it less cramped in here... only 9m2 square room and atm "only" 4 computers to fit.

He wasn't in some form of straight jacket was he? Forgive me, but I'm still astonished that a person as f**ked up as this can actually survive as long as he has. What was he like in person? Was he wearing his patented camo helmet? :lol:

He deserves to be punched in the head. And I believe that it is the duty of anybody in that area to do just that.

Do it now.

I wouldn't wish a thing like that.
I'd certainly bash the crap out of him if he did live here, however.
