Do it now.

I wish he lived downunder, boy would that be fun :evil:
I wouldn't wish a thing like that.
I'd certainly bash the crap out of him if he did live here, however.

Hi TjLaZer,

Quote
Yes I did. I bought a A600 from him.

Yea, and I noticed in your signature that you have already killed it.  It was working just fine when I had it.  Well, I can't blame you really, afterall the Amiga 600 is a low quality piece of crap.  I bought it from my local Goodwill for only $29.99.  Then I removed the memory expansion and sold it for around $38.00.  I then sold the Amiga 600 to you for about $180.00.  So I wound up making about $188.01 profit.  I would have never paid $180.00 for a low quality, piece of crap Amiga 600 computer!  I guess that is because I am a very smart man.  I also bought an Amiga 1200 computer, still in it's original box, from Goodwill for only $49.99.  It had a 68030 board and memory in it's trap door, an internal 40 MB hard drive, and an external DataFlyer hard drive.  I sold the 68030 board and memory for about $185.00 and the Amiga 1200 piece of crap for about $150.00.  Then I sold the DataFlyer for about $86.00 and the 40 MB hard drive for about $34.00.  I also sold the Amiga 1200's power supply for about $20.00.  So, I made about $425.01 profit.  So, all together I made $613.02 profit on two low quality, pieces of crap Amiga computers that I picked up at my local Goodwill for only $79.98.  I also picked up at my local Goodwill an Amiga 2500, Mint in the box, for only $49.99.  It had a 68040 board with 32 megs of memory, a GVP SCSI controller with 8 megs of 16-bit memory, a 2 Gig SCSI hard drive, a Video Toaster 2000, an AD516 sound card, a PAR card with it's own 512 MB IDE hard drive, a CD ROM drive and a HD disk drive, keyboard, mouse, BIG manual, and Amiga OS 3.9.  I kept that Amiga computer, Why do you ask, because I am a very smart man.  I kept the really nice Amiga 2500 computer and sold the other two pieces of crap to you suckers.  So now, who is really stupid?!  Not me.     :-D
My favorite TV shows:  Star Trek Voyager, Forever Knight, Stargate SG1, Married with Children, As Time Goes By, Mr. Bean, Smallville, The Six Million Dollar Man, and Xena

Just a thing... NO Amiga is a piece of crap! Every one of them has its own flaws and qualities.

@BoingBoss

Heh man your lucky, especially with OS3.9 since that means someone gave it to the goodwill who had last used it in the 21st century...

BTW: Anyone know any good towers to use for an A2000? Current desktop 2000 case is fugly and kinda ... really bad airflow.

@Doom Master

Don't be Stupid:  The A600 I got from you still works great!!  Look at my sig again, I have two A600's.  I have another A600 that does not boot.  Am looking into getting it repaired at Amiga.fr, they do great work. :)  I upgraded your A600 to a 2GB HD.  The HD you sold me does not work.  I also have a A1200 and it also works great with my 040/33MHz.  Never had a problem with it since I got it a decade ago.  I don't mind spending money as this is a hobby for me, I just collect them.  I am not out to make money trying to screw people as it seems you are doing.  The funny thing is, it is only YOU that thinks you screwed someone over.  A boxed A600 is worth $180.  They are rare here.  I actually just bought another mint A600HD for $145 on eBay.  I might resell the one I have now.  All of my Amigas are mint and non yellowed so they are worth some money.  I still think the A3000/A4000 are the best models.  True 32-bit design, easily expandable, cabability for PPC/PCI upgrades.  The A2000 is simply too klunky and too old for any real usefulness as it is.  It's a nice machine, they all are.  I also collect Atari computers.  I own almost all of them from the XL/XE to 520ST, 1040STE, Mega4, TT030 and Falcon030!

Don't feel so proud, selling/buying on eBay is expensive, you should know!  Just because you found it a Goodwill and resold it for a profit doesn't  make you special ;)  You will end up paying out your a$$ when you want something from eBay later on right? ;)

I have an A1200 and I consider it to be of higher quality than my modern PC. Perhaps it's just the NTSC ones that are a bit ropey?
