Seems like the only way to get their attention is through this forum, but I have an order that is being held up by 1 item. Can you guys please check my order and release the Keyrah V2b USB first. At the very least please respond to your request by customers who just want a single reply to say you guys are on top of it. Yes, I know Covid is an issue that is affecting everyone, but the most basic customer service like responding to your emails would help alleviate those who have paid for orders already. Order was placed on April 28th. Also, I ordered screws for my amiga 1200 but received plastic rubber feet instead.
