It's true, the original gta was created for the Amiga but the exodus of companies leaving the amiga scene and the release of the playstation meant that that neve happened.....

There was an article in AF about that. Was the Amiga version ever completed? If not, maybe someone could finish and publish it? I just bought myself Simon The sorcerer 2 and I think it's great they finished it after so many years  :-)

If I'm not mistaken, DMA Design (Lemmings) were behind GTA. I'm sure some amount of Amiga source exists somewhere, but isn't Payback miles ahead of the first GTA? I actually never played the original.
