This is an original chassis from an Amiga 1500.  The Amiga 1500 was a re-release of the Amiga 2000, with two floppies and no hard drive, and was only released in Europe.  The back of the chassic claims it is an A2000, and I'm sure if you took the A1500 sticker off the front there would be an A2000 sticker underneath
It contains no components at all.  It is an AT form factor (to the bets of my knowledge), and contains room for 10 expansion cards at the back, as well as labeled spaces for Video, Parallel, Disk Drive, Mono, Left, and Right Audio, and Serial ports, as well as a power connector and a PSU fan.  It is in Desktop form (i.e. wider than it is tall)
