I am relocating out of South Florida and have put my duplex for sale.

Why post this here? Why not, who knows who I might reach.Thank you for your interest.

Walking? Yup, I used to walk to the Irish Pub all the time during my drinking days. After a night of Cider, Black-n-Tans and Car Bombs I really didn't need to be driving.
