Please see my post on 'Hardware Issues and Discussion' why I would not advise doing business with vernalelm (on ebay) or www.vernalelm.com.
I used to think these guys (or guy, Benjamin Berkowitz) were just disorganized. Now its pretty clear that they're crooks. Take a look and judge for yourself.
BTW, anybody can come up with a few positive feedbacks. The biggest scammers all did (on small transactions) before they went for the big one.
