Today, March 29th, Sir Peter Ustinov passed away.
One of my favorite actors of all time, Ustinov was best remembered by me for his roles as the unforgettable Emperor Nero in 1951's
Quo Vadis, Jules in the excellent 1955 comedy
We're No Angels and his later roles as Hercule Poirot in several of the Agatha Christie murder mysteries.
If you have never seen these movies, lower your head in shame, and go rent (or preferably purchase) them immediately.
Peter, we love you. Thank you for the laughter, and the memories. You will be sorely missed.
