From Evert Carton, Managing partner of Hyperion:
"As managing partner of Hyperion Entertainment VOF, I would like to take this opportunity to assure our customers that development of Amiga OS 4.0 is entirely in Hyperion's hand alone and that the Amiga OS 4.0 development team is proceeding very well indeed as may become obvious during the upcoming shows in Italy and Sacramento, U.S.A."

It was always clear that development was in Hyperions hands. Not many doubted that.
What could prevent OS4 from being on sale "soon" is rather the possibility that nobody suceeds to get a license from Amiga Inc. or that this process takes extremely long.

It's also not the same site. The site which *was* located at http://os4.hyperion-entertainment.biz/ was the official OS4 site - you know, the site you would refer somebody to if they had no idea what OS4 was about.
It's been down for over a month.
