If you make a torrent out of it, I'll happily lend my VPS as seed box until the torrent is self-sustaining. I still have a few hundreds gigs of transfer this month. :)

SCP or FTP would be the easiest options. Also, if you're on shared hosting then unlimited plans aren't usually unlimited when 5 GB files with lots of downloads come into the picture.

Anyway, drop me a PM if you need it seeded. I'll have it set up tomorrow.
