Just replace the contents of the ID1 folder with the PAK files from the full version.
Earth has a lot of things other folks might want... like the whole planet. And maybe these folks would like a few changes made, like more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and room for their way of life. - William S. Burroughs

Yes. :)

And now that I'm off work I can elaborate a bit more.

I am not in front of one of my computers atm, but I'm pretty sure that Quake II uses a ID2 folder and Quake III and ID3 folder or something to that effect. You'll see.

Bottom line is that you can do the same trick to make all three games commercial as opposed to demo.

As for Audio CD support. I dunno, last time I was running AROS was on a netbook (which I sold), and it did not have a CD-ROM attached to it, so I never tested that side of things.

They all three play quite well though from what I recall, and last I recall, BigFoot ported over Return to Castle Wolfenstein over to AROS a while ago too.

There is also a basic port of PRBOOM if you are into playing DOOM still as well, not to mention a plethora of other FPS'.

Hope that helps a little.

I recently fired up my AROS box. I don't believe that Quake II did make it for AROS for some reason. Odd.

As for Quake 1...

...how's that controlling for you? Works like total crap for me. Mouse is all messed up, etc. etc.

Quake 3 on the other hand runs quite exceptionally.
