Title: Using A2000 keyboard on PC

Has a device been invented yet that will allow one to use a real A2000 keyboard on a PC?

Naah, I think not. But if you have spare A1200 kb you could (in theory) smack it in A2000 keyboard case (provided you have later model, not A-model Cherry unit) and somehow sneak Keyrah into that! ;) Could be pretty neat, huh?

BTW, this was written on C64C keyboard (Keyrah inside), using my Windose PeeCee...  Weird, but nice feeling to it.

I was hoping there'd be something more elegant than having a full Arduino and power supply between keyboard and computer.

You can use Arduino board and power it (and the Amiga keyboard) from USB.

I built this couple of years ago and have used it succesfully with my Amiga keyboards (also my A2000 Cherry one), the code is pretty much from the thread linked above. It could use a more elegant casing but I haven't bothered :)
