Description: This was a bit tricky to do. MicroGoldED is not meant to be used on low colour screens, so you have to force colours with ModePro, then remap with VisualPrefs. I'm especially thrilled with the 2 rainbow shades giving a pseudo-transparency look to the context menus, selected text, scrollbars and titlebars. | August 02, 2005, 01:39:17 AM I like the A500 because I've always liked the "computer in a keyboard" design and I feel that computers stopped being fun in the 90's. The A500 was the ultimate 80's computer. Quote ..its amazing what you can do with a 20 year old computer... Yes, exactly. It is even more amazing what you CAN'T do with a computer from 2005. (no screen flipping/dragging, no Help key, no window depth, unbelievably stupid registry preventing configuration/program backup... I could go on and on!) |
