I'm quite tempted to get a Wii, and I have a sizeable collection of GameCube titles that will hopefully run on it...

But I'm cautious of repeating the "mistake" I made - rushing out to buy a GameCube shortly after they were launched, then discovering that there were less games and that PS2/XBox games cost half as much when on special offer whereas the GC had no such offers (at least in the UK), and then moving to NZ and finding the GC has pretty much stuff all support out here...

But from what everyone's saying, it looks like a fun machine, and the browser functionality certainly increases its appeal.

I cant wait untill xmas when I can open mine.............uh I mean when my daughter opens her's. The browser will be the first thing I do with it when she is asleep.

That will be part of the fun of doing it together. Hopefully it wont be very difficult to get that wii controler dialed in.
