« on: November 22, 2005, 05:50:25 AM »
Hello All,

I swaped my spare Warp Engine 040/40Mhz accelerator for
an external Scan Doubler/Flicker Fixer which I desperately
needed but do you think it was a good deal or think I got
ripped off.Like to hear your comments. Thanks

Everything is relative.  If you really needed one but not the other then the deal was probably good for you.  The WarpEngine is probably worth a bit more though as far as real dollars.
What matter most is if you're happy...  Having said that, I bought a WarpEngine 4040 for $175 CDN and an external SD/FF for $200+ CDN.  I've seen WarpEngines go for $300+ US in the last few months though (Ebay).
