I want know if AmigaInc wish that Amigans use AmigaOS(4.0).

I would rather want to use AmigaOS 5.0 if it runs on my 150 EUR mainboard with CPU than the older version 4.0 running on an outdated 1000 EUR G4 mainboard. :-P

What mean AmigaInc?, a company related to Amiga?  ok, then AmigaInc, sell your OS to Amigans!

If Amiga Inc. doesn't get ownership of OS4 they could just stubbornly refuse any license for any new hardware.

You prefer OS5 over OS4 even when you don't know anything about it besides the version number?

I would prefer it already when it would be functionaly equivalent, but run on x86 instead of odd & expensive PPC.

That might take ages. With the current legal battles, Amiga Inc. might have reasons for blocking any hardware company that is interested in getting a license.
