OpenAmiga.org relaunched

The OpenAmiga.org site has had a considerable overhaul, and now includes forums as well as an entirely new look.  We are also looking for an "OpenAmiga compliant" logo for use on applications and operating systems that meet the OpenAmiga requirements.  If you think you've got a great idea for one, then click "Compliance Logos" on the navbar.

Remember, OpenAmiga is your standard, so if you have any ideas then just email one of the co-ordinators.

Hmm..

My Amiga 4000 isnt openamiga compliant as I run Picasso96  :-D

And my A1200 isnt as that runs OS3.0 and doesnt have a graphics card.

Does this mean they arnt Amiga's  ;-)

P96 is CGX compatible, yes your A4000 meets that part of the OA spec :-)

Yup this falls short of the OpenAmiga requirement. (but you could add AOS3.1 and install CGX/P96 on it, since they are both available for the AGA A1200)

No, it means that Aplications developed by developers following the OA guide lines might not work on your A1200.  :-)

Forums can't be used for anything until people start posting...  Otherwise they're just another useless feature of a site.

might be a dns hickup lol ... seems to happen now and then... won't be an issue to much longer.

it seems to have issues with reverse dns with certain isp's.
