TeamAROS wishes to thank Fabio A. for his hard work in porting GCC to AROS. See his comment here (http://www.thenostromo.com/archives/teamaros/2003-11/msg00009.html).

Yesterday, when i say the news "teamaros looking for new logo" or something like that, i thought, i wonder when the gcc port will be done, prolly ages away yet.
Someone from heaven answered my prays :)

If this were Slashdot, I'd have to shout DUUUUPE (http://amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=45024) and proceed to comment on the editors' blatant zoophilia, illustrating my point with a link to a file on rotten.com. :)
Congrats, AROS!

It's sort of a dupe, but it's two different organizations reporting it from their POV. TeamAROS (http://www.thenostromo.com/teamaros/) is looking at it as another paid bounty completed, third one so far this year. TeamAROS maybe working with a donor for porting AROS to a different platform, but that's another announcement if it solidifies. Until then, congrats to Fabio and remind folks that there are other bounties that could use additional donations. Like bounty #3, TCP/IP. :-D
