It's a handy little device, but its main drawback is the incredibly shit built-in browser and general lack of speed. Loading up a webpage with a lot of images takes ages.

Perhaps try a different browser? Opera I know is available for it, I'd be surprised if you couldn't get firefox or some other gecko based browser for it too.

Opera. Say whatever you like about the Windows/Linux versions, but the mobile and mini versions are simply amazing.

Well on my 701, Opera is the only browser I've found that'll run at an acceptable pace. I can't imagine that the Mini/Mobile versions would be slower than the full version I use on kubuntu given the relative specs.

Hmm, looks like Firefox mobile is Android only.

That's a nice compromise in terms of size.

I've got an early version of Dolphin on my Samsung phone, it's nice, displays everything perfectly, sadly the phone isn't 3g, so it does take a while to load everything.

I've got an iPhone, 2 iPads, 3 iPods and a couple Chinese Android tablets.  Running Froyo you still can't stick your apps on a memory card unless the original author allows you.  It sucks.

I think GadgetMaster has a challenger for his crown with this one :lol:
