Title: Karlos v Redrumloa v Bloodline ;)
Post by: Wayne on June 07, 2009, 08:46:48 AM
I can't believe I'm about to say this, but Karlos is slacking off.

:)  :laughing:

Under the Quick Links menu, you'll find the new "experience" option.

http://www.amiga.org/forums/xperience.php

Seriously though, the new site has so many facets (blogs, links, classifieds, etc) that "king of the site" shouldn't be judged by "post count" alone.

The gauntlet has been thrown, let the games begin.

it says it goes out to 106 but stops at 38. Every section after 38 displays nothing. I couldn't find me on there ): Oh, and Red's gonna stay up there a while (;

LOL :lol:

Karlos is a sucker for Gauntlets being thrown his way. I have no doubt the competition will heat up in no time.

Let the king of the board be crowned. Long live Redrumloa:hat: :D. Sorry Karlos you just need to try a little harder.  ;)

To anyone who think this stuff is serious please chill out. These things are just a bit of a laugh and helps encourage people to keep the board active. It also acknowledges a members input and helpfulness.

It is all to be taken with a pinch of Sodium.

Let the challenge commence!

What defines level 100 anyway? Is there a level 101, or have we reached a level cap?

Where do I assign points to my posting skill? :lol:

There are various config sites for different size sites.  We're already using the "huge", so apparently rolling out the old data has pretty much dead-ended you two on the ceiling.

Post away sir.  Post away...

"activity" btw, is the number of days since you registered divided by the number of days you've logged in and/or posted.

edit -- maybe that's the number of days in the last x you've logged on and/or posted.  Who knows, but that should make it exciting.. :)

Hey! Does this mean that Red's going up for Auction too? =D

What's with the experience levels, anyways? I've *YET* to gain any new hit points or an increase in Dexterity and through all my trouncing in the site for the past 10+ years, I've *YET* to find even a sword +1.

Wayne, you're a lousy Dungeon Master......

@argo,

That's some freaky, scary, paranoid crap there in your sig.  A site that tells the world what apps you use and how long?  A bit big brothery for me.

Oh sure, I go handing out swords, you chop your own head off, your parents sue me, it's not worth the hassle I tell you.   Besides, you're a superhero, kinda hard to measure +1 Dex against the ability to fly..  How do you KNOW you haven't gained any?

Yes, actually I am getting sucked deep into it. I have not been a big gamer, but I did build an expensive gaming PC late last year to try getting back into it. I bought a few games and ended up finishing and loving Dead Space. Fallout 3, I tried it and shut it off for months. Beginning sequence was too slow, way too much to absorb it seemed between the manual and the beginning. About a week ago I gave it another shot and got hooked.

Everything else be damned right now, I am playing this game out :) I have a feeling this will be one that when I finish, I will play it over again to see what I missed. After this one, we'll see... I wonder when Postal 3 will come out...:uzi:

-Edit-
For the record, Left 4 Dead is *HORRIBLE*! I will probably never buy another game with a Valve logo on it! Besides the game being horrible, even after uninstalling it I cannot let one of my kids install it to play on their computer. Total waste of $60! I feel violated old school, like anytime I bought a game made by Titus for the Amiga:furious:

Hi,

Hey Red are you a fallout 3 player too!!

It is a great game, one of the best I have ever played, the ending is totally mind bending if you can make it that far, make sure you take all the side challenges, and try to find every location on the map. Good Luck and ENJOY.
