Title: Happyness is a DCR!
Post by: Jeff on July 05, 2014, 07:36:09 PM
I have been cleaning and sorting recently following a few troubling years. I just found a large box that I haven't seen in a while. I opened it up and my Commodore 128 DCR is still in there with the Keyboard, 1750 ram expansion,  and some other goodies! I don't see any mouse though.  I also found a 1541-II external disk drive and a cable that used to connect this drive to my old Windows laptop if I recall correctly.

I'm not going to sell it. I can't wait to see if it still boots up:) I am a little concerned about plugging it in after all this time. I thought I had sold this LONG ago...

If it was just sitting there all this time, it should be able to power up.  There is no battery which would leak.

Awesomeness :) I managed to get a 128DCR as part of a lot of old computer goodies I got from an older fellow at my church, and it's a sweet machine indeed.
