Best best is to use an emulator like this one:

Which also runs on AmigaOS 3 Although I wouldn't recommend it; even the old ARM CPUs are many times faster than the average 68k Amiga.

It works at a useable speed on most OS4 machines though.

No way.  Some of the underlying architecture of RISC OS is a bit suspect, but it's a fully windowed multi-tasking environment, and far superior to DOS in... probably every way imaginable.

The user interface has a lot of unique features, other operating systems could learn a lot from it.
