How do you go about filing complaints with ebay? It seems as if getting in touch with them is made as difficult as possible....

THIS is probably what you are looking for.
Someone has to state the obvious and that someone is me!

28 bids... currently at £10,000,000.00!!! :-o
The funny thing is that the winning bidder will be legally obliged to pay for it.

I don't understand though, the seller has 172 positive feedbacks, 100%. Why's he doing something like this??!!  :-?

Also, Ebay will still charge the seller 5% of the winning bid, so he's going to end up with a £500,000 bill.

@StevenJGore

Dont know why, but feedback numbers dont mean much anyway.
People get shutdown one day and start a new
account with 50 or more feedbacks in a few days.

Its been done to me... They do it by buying "E-books"
for a few cents apiece BIN. So for less than $10 you
buy a positive rating again with a clean account.
