If you are outside the US and want shipping with a tracking number, the shipping subsystem will be modified to handle this soon. As it stands, shipping to Europe is only 2-3 days delivered for ~$4 USD with no tracking number. If you realy want a tracking number, email the site admin prior to ordering.
For US customers, a tracking number is an included option at no extra charge for online orders.
In both cases, don't ask me why, just blame the USPS.
