The WinUAE option is good, but there are less complicated options than installing UAE (if you've already got UAE installed then no problem).
Covert the anim to an animated GIF with any number of Amiga programs (like ImageFX).
It can then be taken to the PC and shown directly in a web-browser, or if you want to upload it to YouTube you can use many PC programs to convert GIFs to AVIs or MPEGs (MPEG2 is better).
VirtualDub (again on the PC) will load some types of Amiga animations natively (I think it depends on the compression type of the Amiga animation...i.e. anim5, or uncompressed anim files, etc.).
You could also export an animation as a series of individual frames with your Amiga. Then bring the frames over to a PC on a CD-R, use IrfanView to batch convert them to BMP format, then use VirtualDub or TMPGEnc to convert them to a video.
There is a free Windows command line program that will play Amiga animations (never has failed) and will export them to individual frames if you wish (the frames then can be assembled into a video with any number of free software on the PC). I cannot find it right now, but Google around for it (if you have trouble I can send you it).
Oh, also ProMotion (another PC program like DeluxePaint) will load Amiga Animations and can export them as AVI video files.
So, there are many ways to do it.
