AMIGA.COM is always down so who should we write? Santa-Claus, HYPERION, COMMODORE USA or other

How did Cosmos get these roms, are they for sale?

I think it's a custom ROM: without any bugs = THE PERFECTION !

The eproms aren' kickstarts until you load software on them.

And nothing is illegal when we change our own AMIGA ROMS, if it remains in private use, without being released. We have purchased original ROMs (with AMIGA or only chip).

But a question remains: if I, French, I change the ROM and I invent the ROM 3.9.3: what are the risks? AMIGA.COM is still down and nobody knows who retains the rights to the ROMS and sources.

It is very strange what is happening right now: the announcement of Hyperion, the website AMIGA.COM, the false announcement COMMODORE USA ...

Yep I've the original CDROM !

Nothing illegal about selling stickers for a profit. Stickers meant to be glued onto EPROMs. Heck, they even bothered to put information about copyrights info on the stickers, about who they think are the owners of the content of the EPROMs. Great stickers!

I don't think so: AMIGA name is copyrighted !
