Good answers here. 040 is much faster, but heat is an issue especially in a flat 1200. You'd be better of getting an 060 or 060/ppc card *IF* you can find a good price on one.
As for the Elbox card, as others have said it is nothing but vapour and all inidicators is it will stay vapour.
