Do you have any other cards in the system?

Is the CV64 tested and working in another big box Amiga?

Make sure JP1 is open, not closed since you have Buster 11.

I'm not sure it makes a difference with the 25MHz 030, but it's something to check.

I own a couple CV64 cards and can't remember if I have ever had that issue.  I would try all Zorro slots, make sure the memory chips are seated correctly.  Try another Zorro card if you have any.. etc.  I wonder if it could be your power supply..  With these old machines it could/can be numerous things. Gotta luv it..

In my experience 4.92v is right on the edge of reliable operation.I am not sure that is your problem, but i suspect it might be.4.83 seems pretty low on the backpane, you might clean the riser board contacts and the slot on the motherboard to see if it helps some.I think your psu is marginal though.

today replace my microATX 200 fortron 5v 16AMP   to  normal ATX standard 5v is 18Amp for test  , and voltage is very higher
in daughter board capacitors is 4,96  and in molex is 5.03
this voltage i think is very good ,
i wait for monday to another CV64 , i think with standard ATX PSU will be good

I suspect that microATX +5v is too weak to work with CV64 zorroIII graphic card

Where is JP1 located? I'm wondering if this is preventing my Deneb working in Zorro3 mode?

Sorry to go off topic.
