We did it once again in 2011:

I know that it still hungarian only, but important to share that we're continuously searching for the solution to translate, to reach a wider userbase.

I'll share update(s) later regarding this.

So where's the link to the table of contents?

It's a huge download, people are not likely to download it without knowing if there are any articles within that would be of interest.

The magazine looks very well made, but it needs to be in English if they want more people to enjoy, especially the articles.
