2.5" os3.1 HD in A1 or Pegasos 1?
« on: September 27, 2009, 02:59:43 PM »
Allo foks,

Long time since I've asked an amiga-specific question on here.

Anyway, I have an old 2.5" HD, taken from my old A1200. It's loaded with OS3.1.

I'm wondering how easy it would be to put it in my A1 or Pagsos1 and copy some files across.

Any advice appreciated.

cheers,
Robert.

Assuming you can physically connect it (you need an 2.5"<->3.5" adapter) it will work out of the box with MorphOS.

Thanks Piru.

Alas, I don't have an adapter.

Thanks but I'm in the UK. I'd imagine overseas postage would cancel out the saving.

Just ordered one.

Thanks guys.

Now I'll find out if the 2.5" HD has anything worthwhile on it. (Assuming it still works.)
